“Sigma Medicare” company was established in September, 2011. The main directions of company activities are the production and delivery of devices made of gauze.
Today “Sigma Medicare” presents a wide range of production, both in standard realization and on a customer request too.
By the end of 2011 “Sigma Medicare” had won the 65% of the local market of Armenia, and by the end of 2012 – over 50% of the local market of Georgia.

Vahagn Harutyunyan was born in 1982. In 1998 he graduated from the Armenian College «Murad-Rafaelyan» in Venice (Italy). After that he continued his studies at the Yerevan State University. He graduated in 2003 with a master's degree in «Pharmaceutical Chemistry». Mr. Harutyunyan has extensive experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical technologies. He began his career in «NIB» LLC. Since 2007, Mr. Harutyunyan continued his activities as an expert in the Scientific Center of Drug and Medical Technology. The experience acquired in previous years allowed him to take the post of chief expert on medicines and medical equipment of the Customs Service of Armenia International Airport in 2009. From 2011 Vahagn has been the founder and director of «Sigma Medicare» company. He is also one of the best experts of the pharmaceutical industry in Armenia.
